Panerai still seems to be the hottest thing to copy nowadays. But the replica makers are branching into new areas. I don't know if it's because of increased interest in brands other than Panerai, Omega, and of course Rolex, or if they're attempting to increase their product lines in an effort to draw in new clientele.
Vacheron Constantin has seen some fairly accurate replicas show up over the past few months. This is a complete change from what was available before; poor quality pieces with a low level of accuracy. Some of the new VC Overseas watches are very well made, and could pose a serious threat to someone shopping on the secondary market.
I personally think that as they get more familiar with the new technology they're employing now to make watches, we'll see an even greater variety of fakes come out of Asia. The genuine manufacturers need to increase the heat on Asian countries to slow the growth of the counterfeit industry.
