 The GMT Master II has proven to be an easy design to replicate visually, but not functionally. Until recently the GMT hand on this watch has functioned as a 24-hour hand on most fake GMTs. This means these replicas the GMT hand followed the hour hand without being seperately settable.
The latest fake Rolex GMTs have a modified ETA movement that emulates the true functionality of the GMT hand, and is settable seperately from the hour hand.
